偏科少女周林林（庄达菲 饰）在学霸方予可（任宥纶 饰）的精心筹划下，奋起直追，考上了全国最高学府。入学后，粗线条的周林林意外和网球新星文涛（刘宇航 饰）、方予可的好兄弟谢端西（阳兵卓 饰）闹出乌龙；和寝室室友叶茹庭（胡嘉欣 饰）、朱莉（屈琴涵 饰）建立起了奇妙又温馨的姐妹友谊。最终，在大嘴（刘书源 饰）和老丁（吴逸迦 饰）等人的助攻之下，方予可的暗恋长跑终于抵达了终点。

ABC宣布续订《菜鸟老警》第五季。

该剧是一部奇幻电视剧，讲述没有选择成为妻子或母亲的当今女性的真实生活和成功故事，将描写门户网站业界激烈的竞争故事。                                                                      　　林秀晶饰演裴多美一角，她是在门户网站工作的30代后半段的上班族，非常好胜，为了成功失去了很多东西，渐渐对自己的人生产生了怀疑。                                                                      　　张基龙将在剧中饰演朴模建，他是制作游戏音乐的“密林Sound”公司代表，同时也是天才作曲家。                                                                      　　李多喜饰演车贤，她是一直停留在业界第2名的门户网站的公关本部长。                                                                      　　全慧珍饰演宋佳京，她是女主裴多美工作的门户网站的理事。

Volpe是意大利语，对应英文是fox意为狐狸，这是女主的姓氏，剧中fox和Volpe都有人喊。Signora是意大利语女士的意思，所以剧名也可以翻译为《狐狸女士》
